Information you provide
The API access and sales form asks for your name, company and work email or phone number. You can also provide approximate monthly AI usage, current models, what you are building and a message.
Share only the information needed to discuss your request. Avoid putting API keys, passwords, private prompts or confidential documents in the form.
How requests are handled
Submitted requests are stored on the local deployment server for manual review. The record includes the form information, request type, a request identifier and submission time.
The form does not send an email or automatically create an API account. A successful submission means the request was saved for review by the deployment operator.
Website interaction events
Navigation clicks, model interactions and copy actions can emit events within your browser. Those events contain an event name, the source page and relevant model or functionality identifiers.
This implementation does not configure a remote analytics service or a third-party tracking endpoint. API keys, prompts and contact-form contents are excluded from these events.
Storage and retention
The local deployment operator manages access to submitted requests and removes records when appropriate. An automated retention or deletion schedule is not configured.
The responsible company must confirm a retention period, storage location, access controls and the process for privacy requests before public launch. This draft does not establish those policies.
